1. Serviceable Areas

We ship to all PIN codes within India covered by our courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, etc.).

International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 p.m. IST (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays) are processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 2 p.m. or on Sundays/holidays are processed the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times*

*Timing starts once the parcel is picked up by the courier. Severe weather, strikes, or other force-majeure events may cause delays.
4. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat ₹50 – ₹100 per order, calculated at checkout based on the parcel’s weight and the delivery distance—no hidden fees.
5. Order Tracking

A tracking link is e-mailed and WhatsApp-messaged once the parcel is scanned by the courier.

You can also track anytime under My Account → Orders on our website.
6. Multiple Shipments

To deliver faster, items may ship from different warehouses. You will receive separate tracking IDs when this occurs.
7. Undeliverable Packages

If three delivery attempts fail or the address/PIN code is incorrect, the parcel returns to our warehouse.

Prepaid orders are refunded (shipping fee deducted unless the error was ours). COD orders are canceled.
8. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If the package looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery.

9. Address Changes

Address edits are possible before dispatch; once shipped, rerouting is unavailable.
10. Holiday & Sale Periods

During peak seasons (Diwali, New Year) or flash sales, processing and transit can take 1–2 extra days.
