Zyra Cosmetics a unit of Siddharth Pharma – Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility Window

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery (including weekends and holidays).

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals, tags, and invoices intact.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Items sold on “final sale” / “clearance” pages.

  • Gift cards, free samples, and promotional giveaways.

  • Customized or specially-ordered salon equipment.

3. Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Item

  • Report with photos to zyracosmetics06@gmail.com or WhatsApp 93927 19013 within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free pickup or ship a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Return Procedure

  1. E-mail or WhatsApp your order number, product name, reason, and clear images.

  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and pickup schedule (or drop-off address if courier pickup unavailable).

  3. Pack the product securely; write the RA number on the outer label.

  4. Hand over to our partnered courier or drop at the specified hub.

5. Quality Check & Approval

  • Once your parcel reaches our warehouse, we inspect it within 2 business days.

  • If approved, we notify you by e-mail/SMS; if rejected, we return the item to you with a reason.

6. Refund Timeline & Mode

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method (UPI/card/net-banking) within 5-7 business days of approval.

  • COD orders: Refund via NEFT/UPI to your bank account within 7-10 business days (you’ll be asked for bank details).

  • Shipping fees are refunded only for damaged/incorrect items; otherwise they are non-refundable.

7. Exchange Option

  • For size/shade swaps or alternative products, place a new order after your refund is processed—this ensures stock availability and faster delivery.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank/UPI statement first.

  • Contact your bank; processing often takes 24-48 hrs after we issue the refund.

  • If you still haven’t received it, reach out to zyracosmetics06@gmail.com.

9. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel any order that hasn’t yet shipped—log into My Account or contact us.

  • Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.
